Currently, we’re looking to recruit a committed, ambitious and driven cook/chef to join our team and manage our recently refurbished kitchen to start in March/April 2012.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to lead and develop a dedicated team and deliver the best possible eating experience. The chef/cook will be working with an exciting new menu with brand new dishes as well as enhancing those traditional favourites using local Pembrokeshire produce and fresh fish caught in the bay.  Anything from traditional dishes to delicious desserts. As the chef/cook you will ensure that the quality is consistent and adheres to our high standards.

We currently hold a bronze award for “Best eating out experience” in Pembrokeshire and want to get the pub to he next awards and beyond!
