“Amazing little pub, fantastic food and beautiful views. I like pubs
that support the local economy by using local produce, I had local steak on the friday night and the monk fish pie Saturday
lunch time while watching Wales beat Italy in the Rugby!! Great night, had a fantastic time singing with the locals!" Andrea & Ben - 27 Feb 2011
“A gem of a pub! The Griffin Inn is a lovely pub with
tonnes of character offering a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Set on the waterfront in the picturesque village of
Dale and definitely worth a visit if you plan on going to Pembrokeshire! We recently had meal in the Griffin Inn with friends
and family - the food was absolutely fantastic as was the service - great menu choices and the quality of the food was superb
- all local produce.... highly recommend the steak. The Griffin's goats cheese tartlet as a starter was also FAB!! Thanks
so much to Simon and Sian for a wonderful evening. We will look forward to visiting again in 2011! Rebecca T

"Due to the new landlords the pub is back to being a nice and friendly place to be!
We had Sunday lunch there today and was very impressed by it. If you like locally sourced food and drink then we highly recommend
the Griffin." David J - 21 Nov 2010
TRIP ADVISOR REVIEWS
“Great
seaside pub in Dale with locally caught fish” Date of review: 3 Mar 2011
Found this
pub situated right by the sea and had a lovely meal with friends at February half term. Would be even better in summer due
to its location. Although mussels weren't on the menu, because they mentioned they'd just got some in, they kindly
offered us 4 great plates of locally caught creamy mussels to please the children. The rib eye steaks were delicious and the
crab cakes very tasty, above all the manager was charming and went out of his way to make our evening enjoyable - we'll
certainly go back!
“Great pub under new management” Date of review:

Great pub, excellent food and drink. Happened upon this pub whilst visiting Dale. Understand it is
under new management so thought I would write a review. Brilliant location and hear it is buzzing in the summer when you can
drink overlooking the beach outside the pub.
